PlamoHunter(以下簡稱「本 App」)由個人開發者 andy.lai 維護,本政策說明本 App 收集、使用與保護資料的方式。

1. 我們收集什麼

1.1 當機與診斷資料(Firebase Crashlytics)

本 App 使用 Firebase Crashlytics 收集當機紀錄與診斷資料,用於修復程式錯誤。所蒐集的資料包含:

• 當機時的堆疊追蹤(stack trace)
• 裝置型號、作業系統版本、App 版本
• 當機發生時的 App 狀態紀錄(breadcrumb)

此資料不與您的身分連結(Apple App Store 隱私分類:Diagnostics → Crash Data,Linked to You = No)。

1.2 商品資料讀取(Supabase)

本 App 從 Supabase 後端讀取商品目錄與價格資料。讀取為匿名讀取,不需要您建立帳號、不收集任何個人識別資訊。

1.3 本機儲存(裝置內,不上傳)

以下資料僅儲存在您的裝置上(Drift / SharedPreferences),不會上傳到伺服器:

• 「我的最愛」清單(您追蹤的商品)
• 設定偏好(隱藏 PB / TGB 限定商品的開關等)
• 本機快取的商品資料

1.4 狩店情報(使用者主動回報的內容,會上傳至伺服器)

當您主動使用「狩店情報」功能回報實體店家的商品價格時,以下內容會上傳並儲存於伺服器(Supabase),供其他使用者參考:

• 您回報的店家、地區、價格、選填備註
• 選填上傳的店內商品照片(App 端會壓縮後上傳)
• 一組 App 自動產生的匿名裝置識別碼(用於歸屬您的回報、防止濫用與封鎖濫用裝置;不連結您的真實身分)

此功能為選填,不使用即不會上傳任何內容。回報屬使用者產生內容(UGC),受使用者條款規範,並設有關鍵字自動過濾、檢舉入口與 24 小時內處理機制。

2. 我們不收集什麼

• 姓名、Email、電話、地址等個人識別資訊
• 位置資料(狩店回報的地區由您手動選擇,非裝置定位)
• 聯絡人資料(App 不請求聯絡人權限)
• 廣告 ID / 追蹤識別碼(IDFA)
• App 內使用行為分析(Analytics)

註:相機 / 相簿權限僅在您選擇為「狩店情報」附加照片時才使用(見 1.4),平時不存取。

3. 第三方服務

本 App 使用下列第三方服務:

• Firebase(Google LLC):Crashlytics 當機回報。Google 隱私政策
• Supabase:商品資料庫後端,僅讀取匿名公開資料。Supabase 隱私政策
• Cloudflare Pages:託管本網站與分享連結。Cloudflare 隱私政策
• Google Analytics 4:僅用於 plamohunter.app 網站(非 App 內),蒐集匿名訪問流量統計(頁面瀏覽、來源、裝置類別),不連結個人身分。Google 隱私政策

4. 資料保留與刪除

因本 App 不收集個人識別資訊,沒有「使用者帳號」可以刪除。如需清除本機儲存的「我的最愛」與設定,請在裝置上解除安裝本 App 即可。

您上傳的「狩店情報」可在 App 內「我的狩店日誌」自行撤下;如需完全移除或有濫用疑慮,可透過檢舉入口或來信聯絡開發者(見第 7 節),我們會在 24 小時內處理。

Crashlytics 當機紀錄由 Google 依其政策保留(通常 90 天)。

5. 兒童隱私

本 App 評級為 4+,不針對未滿 13 歲兒童收集任何個人資料。

6. 變更

本政策若有實質變更,將在 App 內與本網頁公告。

Privacy Policy

PlamoHunter (the "App") is maintained by independent developer andy.lai. This policy explains how the App collects, uses, and protects information.

1. What We Collect

1.1 Crash & Diagnostic Data (Firebase Crashlytics)

The App uses Firebase Crashlytics to collect crash reports and diagnostic data for fixing bugs. Collected data includes:

• Stack traces at the time of a crash
• Device model, OS version, and App version
• Breadcrumb logs of App state at the moment of crash

This data is not linked to your identity (App Store Privacy classification: Diagnostics → Crash Data, Linked to You = No).

1.2 Product Data Reads (Supabase)

The App reads product catalog and pricing data from a Supabase backend. Reads are anonymous; no account is required and no personally identifiable information is collected.

1.3 On-device Storage (not uploaded)

The following data is stored only on your device (Drift / SharedPreferences) and is never uploaded:

• "Favorites" list (products you track)
• Preferences (e.g., toggle for hiding PB / TGB exclusive products)
• Locally cached product data

1.4 Store Reports (user-submitted content, uploaded to the server)

When you choose to use the "Store Reports" feature to report an in-store product price, the following is uploaded to and stored on the server (Supabase) for other users to reference:

• The store, region, price, and optional note you report
• An optional in-store product photo (compressed on-device before upload)
• An anonymous device identifier generated by the App (used to attribute your reports, prevent abuse, and block abusive devices; not linked to your real identity)

This feature is optional; nothing is uploaded unless you use it. Reports are user-generated content (UGC), governed by the Terms of Use, with automated keyword filtering, a reporting mechanism, and a 24-hour moderation SLA.

2. What We Do Not Collect

• Name, email, phone, address, or other PII
• Location data (the Store Reports region is chosen manually, not from device location)
• Contacts (the App does not request Contacts access)
• Advertising identifiers (IDFA)
• In-app usage analytics

Note: camera / photo library access is used only when you choose to attach a photo to a Store Report (see 1.4); it is not accessed otherwise.

3. Third-Party Services

The App uses the following third-party services:

• Firebase (Google LLC): Crashlytics crash reporting. Google Privacy Policy
• Supabase: Product database backend; reads only anonymous public data. Supabase Privacy Policy
• Cloudflare Pages: Hosts this site and product share links. Cloudflare Privacy Policy
• Google Analytics 4: Used only on the plamohunter.app website (not inside the App) to collect anonymous traffic statistics (page views, referrers, device class); not linked to your identity. Google Privacy Policy

4. Data Retention & Deletion

Because the App does not collect PII, there is no user account to delete. To clear on-device Favorites and preferences, simply uninstall the App.

Store Reports you upload can be taken down yourself from "My Store Log" in the App; for full removal or abuse concerns, use the in-app report entry or email the developer (see Section 7) — we act within 24 hours.

Crashlytics crash logs are retained by Google per their policy (typically 90 days).

5. Children's Privacy

The App is rated 4+ and does not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13.

6. Changes

Material changes to this policy will be announced in-App and on this page.
